作为现场调试工程师，您将是公司项目交付的关键成员，直接负责在客户船厂或船舶上完成自动化系统的安装指导、调试、验收及客户培训工作。您需要确保所有系统均按设计规范稳定运行，直至项目成功交付。此职位需要频繁的国内出差，并有机会与全球技术团队协作。

As a Commissioning Engineer, you will be a key member of our project delivery team, directly responsible for the installation guidance, commissioning, testing, and client training of automation systems at customer shipyards or onboard vessels. You will ensure all systems operate stably according to design specifications until successful project delivery. This role requires frequent domestic travel and offers opportunities to collaborate with global technical teams.

Responsibilities

• 现场调试与执行：负责Høglund集成自动化系统（IAS）、电站管理（PMS）、船舶性能监控(SPM)等其他控制系统产品的现场安装指导、系统调试、功能测试和故障排除。

·        On-Site Commissioning & Execution: Lead on-site installation guidance, system commissioning, functional testing, and troubleshooting for Høglund products such as Integrated Automation Systems (IAS), Power Management Systems (PMS), Ship Performance Management (SPM) and so on.

• 项目管理与交付：独立或与团队协作，按计划完成项目调试任务，确保项目质量、进度和安全目标达成，负责系统交付及最终验收。

·        Project Management & Delivery: Work independently or with a team to complete project commissioning tasks according to schedule, ensuring quality, timeline, and safety goals are met. Take ownership of system delivery and final acceptance.

• 客户沟通与支持：作为现场技术代表，与客户（船厂、船东、船员）保持专业、高效的沟通，提供技术解答、操作培训及售后支持。

·        Client Communication & Support: Serve as the on-site technical representative, maintaining professional and efficient communication with clients (shipyards, shipowners, crew). Provide technical support, operational training, and after-sales service.

• 问题解决与报告：准确记录调试数据，识别并报告技术问题，与总部工程团队协作提供解决方案并编写详细的调试报告。

·        Problem-Solving & Reporting: Accurately record commissioning data, identify and report technical issues, collaborate with headquarters engineering teams to develop solutions, and prepare detailed commissioning reports.

• 持续改进：收集现场反馈，为产品改进和新项目提供有价值的技术建议。

·        Continuous Improvement: Collect on-site feedback and provide valuable technical suggestions for product improvement and new projects.

任职要求

Qualifications

• 必备条件

  • 大专及以上学历，自动化、电气工程、轮机工程或相关工科专业。

  • 3年以上船舶自动化、动力系统或相关工业领域现场调试经验。

  • 出色的独立解决问题能力和抗压能力，能适应频繁出差和船厂工作环境。

  • 具备优秀的沟通能力和客户服务意识。

  • 良好的中文沟通能力，具备基础的英文读写能力（能够阅读技术文档和撰写英文报告）。

Essential Requirements

• Associatedegree or higher in Automation, Electrical Engineering, MarineEngineering, or related engineering fields.

• 3+years of hands-on commissioning experience in marine automation, powersystems, or related industrial fields.

• Strongindependent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure,adapting to frequent travel and shipyard environments.

• Excellentcommunication and customer service awareness.

• Proficiencyin Mandarin Chinese and basic English reading/writing skills (able to readtechnical documentation and prepare reports in English).

• 优先考虑

  • 有船舶集成自动化系统（IAS）、主机遥控系统（MCS）或燃气系统（FGSS/LNG）调试经验者优先。

  • 熟练掌握PLC/IPC系统（如：西门子、贝加莱等）的调试和故障诊断技能。

  • 熟悉现场总线网络（如：Profibus, Modbus ）的配置与诊断。

  • 具备良好的英文口语和书写能力。

Preferred Qualifications

• Priorexperience in commissioning Integrated Automation Systems (IAS) forvessels is preferred.

• Proficiencyin debugging and troubleshooting ABB PLC systems.

• Familiaritywith configuration and diagnostics of fieldbus networks (e.g., Profibus,Modbus).

• Strongspoken and written English skills.
